ComminutedsObtained from citrus fruit by mechanical pressing, the fresh juice is pulp-reduced, centrifuged, pasteurized, evaporated, and flash-cooled. The juice is then packed frozen in drums, aseptic bag in drum, or chiled in bulk.

Obtained by milling whole citrus fruit, the comminuted is pasteurized and homogeneized. The comminuted is then packed aseptic in drum, preserved in HD polydrums, or preserved in bulk.
